Shipping policy

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we ship the goods within 3-5 working days after receipt of the order.

Knitted to order items are shipped within 3 - 5 weeks after you place your order and color yarn availability confirmation.

Orders in Italy are shipped by PosteItaliane Express courier. For delivery in European countries and the rest of world the orders are shipped by DHL or FedEx courier. Any days related to the delivery option, concern exclusively the duration of the shipment, excluding the preparation of the product. ElenaGianniniDesigner is not liable for packages that the customer has given our courier partner the authority to leave these packages without a signature. For international orders, ElenaGianniniDesigner is not responsible for additional charges due to taxes, duties or freight charges.
